The Establishment of co operative sugar factories and their growth in Maharashtra during the last 58 years has been successful and rapid. Our co operative concern is owned and managed completely by the producer Members who are local residents in the area of operation of our factory, comprising of 54 villages in Indapur and Baramati Tahasils of Pune District. सहकारी साखर कारखान्यांची स्थापना आणि गेल्या 58 वर्षात महाराष्ट्रातील त्यांची वाढ यशस्वी व वेगवान झाली आहे. आमची सहकारी चिंता पुणे जिल्ह्यातील इंदापूर आणि बारामती तहसीलमधील ५४ खेड्यांचा समावेश असलेल्या आमच्या कारखान्याच्या कार्यक्षेत्रात स्थानिक रहिवासी असलेल्या निर्माते सदस्यांद्वारे पूर्णपणे व्यवस्थापित केली आहे

The momentum of its progress has brought about phenomenal development and economic regeneration in the sugar productivity areas and removes the gap between the development and the backward class. In the odd circumstances we have gone in to production from the 17th January 1957 by erecting second hand plant having a capacity of 450 tons daily crushing. We purchased the plant from Prawara Sahakari Sakhar Karkhan Ltd. Prawaranagar, which is the first successful co-operative sugar factory in our India. Since its commencements we have completed 56 crushing seasons. We have completed 21 crushing seasons. We have a cash reward announced by Shri. Chandrahar Roopachand Dakule of Shrirampur for early creation of the factory and going in to production before neighborhood factories. In the very beginning we started with a share capital of Rs. 10,00,000/- या विचित्र परिस्थितीत आम्ही १ जानेवारी १९५७ पासून दररोज गाळप करण्याची क्षमता असलेल्या ४५० टन्स क्षमतेचा सेकंड हँड प्लांट तयार करून उत्पादनास सुरुवात केली . प्रवारा सहकारी साखर कारखाना लिमिटेड प्रवरानगर येथून आम्ही हा प्लांट खरेदी केला, जो आपल्या भारतातील पहिला यशस्वी सहकारी साखर कारखाना आहे. त्याची सुरुवात झाल्यापासून आम्ही 56 गाळप हंगाम पूर्ण केले आहेत. आम्ही 21 गाळ्यांचे हंगाम पूर्ण केले आहेत. श्रीरामपूरचे श्री. चंद्रहार रूपचंद डाकुळे यांनी फॅक्टरी लवकर तयार करण्यासाठी आणि शेजारच्या कारखान्यांपूर्वी उत्पादनासाठी काढण्यासाठी रोख पुरस्कार जाहीर केला. अगदी सुरुवातीला आम्ही रु. 10,00,000 / - भाग भांडवल सुरु केले.

We expanded the crushing capacity of our second hand sugar plant up to 800 tons daily crushing capacity from M/s Buckau wolf new India Engineering works Ltd. Pimpari, Pune and gone in to production with capacity of 1250 T.C.D. from 18th October 1965. There after we expanded the crushing capacity from 1250 T.C.D. to 1800 tons daily crushing with effect from December 1973 under the Government of India liberal licensing policy. Then we expanded crushing capacity of our factory up to 2000 M.T. per day. With necessary sanctions and thereafter from 1992-1995 to 1998-1999 we expanded crushing capacity up to 2500 M.T. per day. Necessary sanctions for 2500 M.T. to 4000 M.T per day has been taken in to the Annual General Meeting on 27th Feb 2000 and then 3500 M.T. per day crushing capacity is started from 2000-2001 seasons. मेसर्स बकाऊ लांडगा न्यू इंडिया इंजिनीअरिंग वर्क्स लिमिटेड कडून आमच्या दुय्यम साखर कारखान्याची गाळप क्षमता 800 दशलक्ष टनापर्यंत वाढविली. १८ ऑक्टोबर १९६५ १२५8 6565 पासून पिंपरी, पणि० टीसीसी क्षमतेसह उत्पादनामध्ये गेले. तेथे आम्ही भारत सरकार उदारमत परवाना धोरणा अंतर्गत डिसेंबर 1973 पासून गाळप क्षमता 1250 टीसीडी ते 1800 टन पर्यंत वाढवली. मग आम्ही आमच्या फॅक्टरीची गाळप करण्याची क्षमता दररोज २००० मे.टन पर्यंत वाढविली. आवश्यक परवानग्यांसह आणि त्यानंतर १९९२-१९९५ ते १९९८-१९९९९ पर्यंत आम्ही गाळण्याची क्षमता प्रति दिन २५०० मे.टन पर्यंत वाढविली. २५०० मे.टन ते ४००० मे.टन. साठी आवश्यक मंजुरी २ फेब्रुवारी २००० रोजी वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेत घेण्यात आली असून त्यानंतर २०००-२००१ हंगामापासून दररोज ३५०० मेट्रिक टन गाळप क्षमता सुरू करण्यात आली आहे.
